Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
Yes. We print with archival, high‑pigment inks on a 285 gsm polyester canvas — colors are rich, deep, and guaranteed not to fade for 75 years. The lightly textured, matte canvas even adds depth you can’t see on a screen. Most customers say it looks even better in real life. ❤️
Is it a real canvas or just a poster?
It’s a genuine artist canvas, not a paper poster. The matte, textured surface gives a gallery‑quality, painting‑like look. Stretched over a solid wood frame, it arrives ready to hang — no trip to the framer needed.
Is the quality top‑notch?
Every canvas is handmade in our studio. Ultra‑high‑definition printing, thick 285 gsm canvas, solid wood stretcher frame, meticulous finishing. We never compromise on quality — that’s our signature.

How do I choose the right size for my wall?
A simple rule: measure your wall width and divide by 1.5. That gives you the ideal canvas width.

What if the size isn’t right once it’s hung?
You have 14 days to change your mind. If the size isn’t right, contact us and we’ll arrange an easy return. Your satisfaction matters more than a sale.

How long does delivery take?
Each canvas is made to order. Allow 5–8 business days for production + 2–4 days for shipping.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?

Could my canvas be damaged in transit?
We pack every canvas with extreme care: corner protectors, reinforced cardboard, shock‑absorbing padding. If damage occurs despite this, send us a photo and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. 📦
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What if I don’t like it?
You have 14 days after delivery to return your canvas. It must be in its original condition, not hung. Email us and we’ll guide you through the return process. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receipt.
Is the canvas guaranteed?
Yes. Our canvases are guaranteed for 75 years against fading thanks to our archival pigment inks. If you notice any manufacturing defect, contact us — we’ll make it right.
INSTALLATION
How do I hang my canvas?
Your canvas arrives pre‑stretched on a wooden frame, ready to style your space. For hanging, we recommend our wall mounting kit available as an add‑on in the shop — it fits all wall types and ensures a hassle‑free installation.
No extra frame to buy, no assembly to do. You receive it, you hang it, you admire it. ❤️
Do I need to buy a frame?
Our canvases are stretched over a wooden frame and can be hung as they are. However, most customers choose the “with frame” option — the look is more refined and gives a true gallery effect to your interior. Once you try it, you won’t go back. ❤️

Is payment secure?
Yes. We use a 100% secure checkout (SSL encryption). Your payment details never pass through our site — they’re processed directly by our certified payment provider (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, American Express).
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. With Klarna, you can pay in 3 installments with no fees on orders from €50.
