Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
Yes. We use high‑pigment inks on a 285 gsm polyester canvas—colors are rich, deep, and guaranteed not to fade for 75 years. The slightly textured, matte canvas even adds depth you can’t perceive on a screen. Most of our customers find it looks even better in real life. ❤️
Is this real canvas or just a poster?
This is genuine gallery‑quality canvas wall art, not a poster. The matte, textured surface delivers a finish close to a gallery painting. Stretched over a solid wood frame, it arrives ready to hang—no trip to the framer required.
How’s the quality?
Each canvas print is handmade in our workshop: high‑resolution printing, thick 285 gsm canvas, solid wood stretcher frame, and meticulous finishing. We never compromise on quality—it's our signature.
SIZING & VISUALIZATION
How do I choose the right size for my wall?
A simple rule: measure the width of your wall and divide by 1.5. That gives you the ideal width of your artwork.

You have 14 days to change your mind. If the size isn’t right, contact us and we’ll arrange an easy return. Your satisfaction matters more than a sale.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
We don’t keep canvases waiting on a shelf: yours is created especially for you when you place the order. It’s printed on demand in our European workshops, the canvas is hand‑stretched on its frame, and every piece is checked before it’s shipped.
You’ll receive it within 7 business days, with a tracking number emailed as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?

Except in Switzerland, where a €9.99 surcharge applies.
Could my canvas be damaged during delivery?
We pack every canvas with extreme care: corner protection, a reinforced carton, and shock‑absorbing padding. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo and we’ll send a new canvas at no cost. 📦
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What if I don’t like it?
You have 14 days after delivery to return your canvas. It must be in its original condition, not hung. Contact us by email and we’ll guide you through the return. Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive it.
Is the canvas guaranteed?
Yes. Our canvases are guaranteed for 75 years against fading thanks to our high‑pigment inks. If you notice a manufacturing defect, contact us—we’ll make it right.
INSTALLATION
How do I hang my canvas?
Your canvas arrives already mounted on a wooden stretcher frame, ready to decorate your space. For hanging, we recommend our mounting kit available as an add‑on in the shop—it fits all wall types and ensures a hassle‑free installation.
No frame to buy, no assembly needed. Receive it, hang it, admire it. ❤️
Do I need to buy an extra frame?
Our canvases are stretched on a wooden frame and can be hung as they are. However, most customers choose the “with frame” option—the look is more elegant and gives your interior a true gallery effect. Once you try it, you won’t go back. ❤️

Is checkout secure?
