Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
Yes. We print with archival, high‑pigment inks on 285 g/m² polyester canvas — colors are rich, deep, and guaranteed not to fade for 75 years. The lightly textured, matte canvas adds depth you can’t perceive on a screen. Most customers find the result even more beautiful in person. ❤️
Is it a real canvas or just a poster?
It’s a genuine gallery‑quality canvas, not a poster. The matte, textured surface delivers a look close to a fine art painting. Stretched on a solid wood frame, it arrives ready to hang — no trip to the framer needed.
Is the quality up to par?
Every canvas is handcrafted in our atelier. Ultra high‑definition printing, heavyweight 285 g/m² canvas, solid wood stretcher bars, meticulous finishing. We never compromise on quality — it’s our signature.
SIZING & VISUALIZATION
How do I choose the right size for my wall?
A simple rule: measure the width of your wall and divide by 1.5. That gives you the ideal canvas width.

What if the size isn’t right once it’s hung?
You have 14 days to change your mind. If the size doesn’t suit you, contact us and we’ll arrange a simple return. Your satisfaction matters more than a sale.
SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
Each canvas is made to order. Allow 5–8 business days for production + 2–4 days for delivery.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free from €99. Below that, the fee is €6.90 within mainland France.
Could my canvas be damaged during transit?
We pack every canvas with extreme care: corner protectors, reinforced cardboard, shock‑absorbing padding. If damage occurs despite this, send us a photo and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. 📦
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What if I don’t love the canvas?
You have 14 days after delivery to return your canvas. It must be in its original condition, not hung. Contact us by email and we’ll guide you through the return. Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive it.
Is the canvas covered by a warranty?
Yes. Our canvases are guaranteed for 75 years against fading thanks to our archival, high‑pigment inks. If you notice a manufacturing defect, contact us — we’ll make it right.
INSTALLATION
How do I hang my canvas?
Your canvas arrives pre‑stretched on a wooden frame, ready to style your space. For hanging, we recommend our mounting kit available as an add‑on in the shop — it fits all wall types and ensures a hassle‑free installation.
No frame to buy, no assembly required. You receive it, you hang it, you admire it. ❤️
Do I need to buy an extra frame?
Our canvases are stretched on wooden frames and can be hung as is. However, most customers choose the “with frame” option — the result is more elegant and gives your interior a true gallery look. Once you’ve tried it, you won’t go back. ❤️
PAYMENT & SECURITY
Is payment secure?
Yes. We use 100% secure SSL checkout. Your banking data never passes through our site — it’s processed directly by our certified payment provider (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, American Express).
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. With Klarna, you can pay in 3 interest‑free installments starting from €50.
