According to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for these custom creations.

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.myselfmonart.com.
By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation all of these conditions.

3. Our Artworks
MyselfMonart offers decorative posters, printed paintings, and hand-painted artworks.
These creations are available in various sizes, supports (poster, canvas, aluminum, plexiglass), and framing options.
Each visual is carefully prepared to faithfully reflect the final rendering.
However, color variations may occur depending on screens, ambient light, or chosen support.
These slight differences do not constitute a defect and cannot be a basis for complaints.
Ambient visuals on the site are provided for illustration purposes only.
They are not contractual and solely serve to help the customer imagine the product.
Wooden frames may show slight natural warping due to material properties.
Similarly, hand-painted artworks have unique irregularities inherent to the artistic gesture, which are part of their authenticity.
4. Orders
All confirmed orders are considered final.
MyselfMonart reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, unresolved previous disputes, or obvious errors on the site.
The customer is solely responsible for the information provided (address, email, phone number).
In case of an error or incomplete address that makes delivery impossible, no refund can be demanded.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of this information before confirmation.
5. Pricing and Payment Methods
Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes.

Payments are fully secured via SSL protocol and PCI-DSS certified solutions.
Bank details are not stored by MyselfMonart.
Promo Codes:

Non-retroactive.

Non-cumulative.

Valid only during their validity period.
No adjustments can be made after order confirmation if a code wasn't entered.
An electronic invoice is automatically issued or available upon request.
6. Delivery
Artworks are made to order, with a production time of 3 to 7 business days for printed products.
Additional time may apply during high demand or depending on the carrier.
Delivery times may vary during periods (holidays, sales, promotions) and are not contractually binding.
A tracking number is emailed upon shipment to allow customers to track their parcel.
Hand-painted artworks require creation, drying, and finishing time.
Production and shipment may extend up to 30 business days from order.
This time is indicative and not ground for compensation.
In case of a parcel not claimed or refused without valid reason, return and/or reshipping costs will be deducted from any potential refund.
Any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing content, wrong product) must be reported within 72h of receipt, with photos as proof.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

These pieces are custom-made and handcrafted.
They are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
No returns or refunds will be accepted.
Creation, drying, and shipment may take up to 1 month from order.
This time is normal and linked to the artistic quality process.
🖼️ Standard Printed Products
Returns may be considered under conditions:

Pre-approval via email at 📧 team@myselfmonart.com.

Reason for return and order number.

Product unopened, in original packaging.

Return shipping at customer’s expense.

Inspection of the parcel prior to any refund.
Refund will occur only after receipt and conformity check.
In case of a non-conforming return (used, damaged, incomplete), MyselfMonart reserves the right to refuse the refund.

It is highly recommended to use a tracked shipment.
MyselfMonart is not responsible for loss or damage during the return shipment.
✍️ Customized Printed Products
Orders with customization (name, message, quote) are bespoke.
These products are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, even if printed.
8. Unreceived or Damaged Parcel
Any damaged parcel must be reported to customer service within 72h of receipt, with photographic evidence.
In case of non-receipt, an inquiry must be opened by the customer with the carrier.
If the loss is officially confirmed by the carrier, an identical piece will be reshipped.
No refund will be made.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the www.myselfmonart.com website (texts, images, photos, visuals, logos) is the exclusive property of MyselfMonart.
Any reproduction, whole or part, is strictly prohibited without written consent.
10. Personal Data
Collected data is strictly necessary for order processing, customer relationship management, and proper site functioning.
No personal information is shared with third parties.
Data is stored on secured servers and accessible only to authorized personnel.
In accordance with GDPR, clients may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) at any time by simple request to:

11. Cookies
The site uses cookies to enhance navigation, measure audience, and optimize the shopping experience.
The client can accept or refuse cookies at any time via the management banner provided for this purpose.
12. Force Majeure
MyselfMonart cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to perform due to force majeure: natural disaster, strike, fire, network outage, epidemic, etc.
13. Purchase Vouchers and Promo Codes
Purchase vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

The customer is responsible for keeping them safe.

No duplicate will be issued in case of loss or forgetfulness.

Vouchers are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.

Their use indicates acceptance of these GTC.
14. Mediation – Disputes
In case of dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer service to find an amicable solution.
If no solution is found, you can refer free of charge to a consumer mediator.
