In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
No returns or refunds can be accepted for these custom-made creations.

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on the website www.myselfmonart.com.
By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted all of these terms.

3. Our Artworks
MyselfMonart offers decorative posters, printed wall art, and hand-painted artworks.
These creations are available in multiple sizes, media (poster, stretched canvas, aluminum, acrylic glass/plexiglass), and framing options.
Each visual is prepared with care to reflect the final result as faithfully as possible.
However, slight color variations may occur depending on display settings, ambient light, or the chosen medium.
These minor differences are not defects and cannot give rise to a claim.
Lifestyle images shown on the site are provided for illustration purposes only.
They are non-contractual and are intended solely to help customers visualize the artwork in context.
Wooden stretcher frames may show slight natural warping due to the material’s properties.
Likewise, hand-painted artworks feature unique irregularities inherent to the artist’s technique, which are an integral part of their authenticity.
4. Orders
Any confirmed order is considered final.
MyselfMonart reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, an unresolved prior dispute, or an obvious error on the site.
The customer is solely responsible for the information provided (address, email, phone number).
If an error or incomplete address makes delivery impossible, no refund can be claimed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of this information before confirming the order.
5. Pricing & Payment Methods
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of VAT.
Accepted payments:

Klarna (3 interest-free installments, subject to conditions)
Payments are fully secured by SSL encryption and PCI-DSS certified solutions.
No banking information is stored by MyselfMonart.
Promo codes are:

Not retroactive.

Not cumulative.

Valid only during their validity period.
No adjustment can be made after the order is confirmed if a code was not entered.
An electronic invoice is automatically issued or available upon request.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Artworks are produced to order, within 3 to 7 business days for printed products.
Additional lead times may apply in periods of high demand or depending on the carrier.
Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales, promotions) and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch so the customer can follow the shipment.
Hand-painted artworks require time for creation, drying, and finishing.
Production and dispatch may be extended up to 30 business days from the order date.
This timeframe is provided for guidance only and does not give rise to compensation.
The carrier generally makes up to three delivery attempts. The customer can also, via the carrier’s website, reschedule the delivery date or request parcel collection at a pickup point.
In the event of non-receipt attributable to the customer (repeated absence, failure to collect from a pickup point, no response to the carrier’s notifications), the parcel will be returned to the sender.
For a personalized painting, MyselfMonart reserves the right to issue a partial refund after the parcel is returned, minus the shipping costs, return costs, and the costs incurred for materials and production of the artwork.
Any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing contents, wrong item) must be reported within 72 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence.
7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
🖌️ Hand-Painted Artworks
These works are handmade to order using an artisanal process.
They are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
No returns or refunds will be accepted.
The creation, drying, and shipping timeframe may extend up to 1 month from the order date.
This is normal and linked to the quality of the artistic process.
🖼️ Standard Printed Products
A return may be considered under the following conditions:

Prior request by email to 📧 team@myselfmonart.com.

Reason for return and order number provided.

Product unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping at the customer’s expense.

Parcel inspection prior to any refund.
Refunds will be issued only after the parcel is received and its compliance verified.
In the event of a non-compliant return (used, damaged, or incomplete product), MyselfMonart reserves the right to refuse the refund.

MyselfMonart cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipment.
✍️ Personalized Printed Products
Any order including personalization (first name, message, quote) is made to measure.
These products are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, even when printed.
7.1. Refund Terms
Any potential refund is issued only after receipt and verification of the returned parcel, when the return is accepted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In the event of a partial refund, it is calculated after deducting:

the initial delivery costs,
-
the return shipping costs,
-
as well as the costs incurred for purchasing materials and producing the artwork, which represent 30% of the tax-inclusive purchase price for any made-to-order or personalized work.
– hand-painted artworks,
– personalized products, including any customization requested by the customer such as name, first name, specific colors, signature, message, or any special request,
in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Approved refunds are made via the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days from receipt and validation of the return by MyselfMonart.
8. Missing or Damaged Parcel
Any damaged parcel must be reported to customer service within 72 hours of receipt, with supporting photo evidence.
In case of non-receipt, the customer must open an investigation with the carrier.
If the loss is officially confirmed by the carrier, an identical painting will be resent.
No refund will be made.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the site www.myselfmonart.com (texts, images, photos, visuals, logos) is the exclusive property of MyselfMonart.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
10. Personal Data & Privacy
Data collected are strictly necessary for order processing, customer relations, and the proper functioning of the website.
No personal information is shared with third parties.
Data are hosted on secure servers and accessible only to authorized personnel.

11. Cookies
The site uses cookies to improve browsing, measure audience, and optimize the shopping experience.
Customers can accept or refuse cookies at any time via the management banner provided for this purpose.
12. Force Majeure
MyselfMonart cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform in cases of force majeure: natural disaster, strike, fire, network outage, epidemic, etc.
13. Gift Vouchers & Promo Codes
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

The customer is responsible for keeping them safe.

No duplicate will be issued in case of loss or forgetting.

Vouchers are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.

Using a voucher implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
14. Mediation & Disputes
In case of a dispute, please contact our customer service to seek an amicable solution.
If no solution is found, you may contact a consumer mediator free of charge.
