What if my photo doesn't turn out well?

It can happen: a photo that’s too dark, a face that’s too small, or shot in profile. Our studio will let you know right away and invite you to try another.

And if that still doesn’t do the trick, an artist from our studio will take over: you’ll receive a hand-drawn preview by email within 24 hours.

Will it arrive in time for Father’s Day?

From order to delivery, allow 3–4 days for production plus 3–5 business days for tracked shipping.

For delivery before June 21, don’t wait—create and confirm your artwork today; it only takes a few minutes.

Can I change my mind after placing my order?

Your artwork is custom-made and printed on demand, so it cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, the law excludes personalized creations from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code).

That’s why you approve the preview before printing—nothing goes into production without your confirmation. And if anything disappoints you upon delivery, our Toulouse-based customer service team will always work with you to find a solution.
