1 QUALITY & COLOR ACCURACY: Will the colors match what I see on my screen?

Yes. We use high-pigment inks on a 285 gsm polyester canvas.

Colors are rich, deep, and guaranteed not to fade for 75 years. The slightly textured canvas even adds depth you can't see on screen. Most customers find it looks even better in person. 🤍

Is it a real canvas or just a poster?

Every canvas is handcrafted in our studio. High-definition printing, heavyweight 285 gsm canvas, solid wood frame, meticulous finishing. We never compromise on quality—it's our signature.

2 SIZE & VISUALIZATION: How do I choose the right size for my wall?

A simple rule: measure your wall’s width and divide by 1.5. That gives you the ideal width for your art print.

Recommended size by space:

  • Above a console table or small cabinet: 30x40 cm
  • Above a 2-seater sofa: 60x80 cm
  • Above a bed or large sofa: 75x100 cm
  • Large wall or statement room: 90x120 cm

What if the size isn't right once it's on the wall?

You have 14 days to change your mind. If the size isn’t right, contact us and we’ll arrange an easy return. Your satisfaction matters more than a sale.

3 SHIPPING: How long does delivery take? How much is shipping?

Every painting is made to order in our studio. Please allow 5–8 business days for production plus 2–4 days for delivery. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Free shipping on orders of €99 or more. Below that, shipping is €4.99 within mainland France.

Can my artwork be damaged during shipping?

We pack every artwork with extreme care: corner protectors, reinforced cardboard, and shock-absorbing padding. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo and we’ll send a free replacement. 📦

4 RETURNS & GUARANTEE: What if I don't like the artwork?

You have 14 days from delivery to return your artwork. It must be in its original condition and not hung. Email us and we’ll guide you through the return. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receipt.

Is the painting under warranty?

Yes. Our canvases are guaranteed against fading for 75 years thanks to our high-pigment inks. If you notice a manufacturing defect, contact us — we'll make it right.

5 INSTALLATION: How do I hang my painting?

Your canvas arrives pre-stretched on a wooden frame, ready to style your space. To hang it, we recommend our mounting kit, available as an add-on in our store — it works with all wall types and ensures a hassle-free install. No frame to buy, no assembly required. Unbox, hang, admire. 🤍

Do I need to buy a frame separately?

Our canvases are stretched over a wooden frame and are ready to hang. But if you want a more polished look, the "with frame" option makes all the difference — it adds a gallery finish that truly elevates the artwork. It’s also a customer favorite. 🤍

6 PAYMENT & SECURITY: Is my payment secure?
