How does it work?

Can I preview my poster before it's printed?

There’s no preview to approve. As soon as you place your order, our studio designs your poster and checks every detail — the spelling of the name, the date — before printing. That’s how we guarantee an accurate result, with no unpleasant surprises.

What’s the look and which finishes are available?

Deep, accurate color and crisp detail. Display as is, or frame it in your choice of four slim frame finishes — white, matte black, light oak, or walnut — for the look of a real painting.

How do I hang or display it?

Unframed, the poster can be displayed with a clip, adhesive putty, or a pretty ribbon. Framed, it hangs on the wall or sits on a shelf, dresser, or ledge—right by your little one’s world.

What poster size should I choose?

To get it right, measure the width of your wall area. Multiply that number by 0.57 to get the ideal ratio.

We also recommend hanging the center of the poster about 1.65 meters from the floor (roughly eye level). Leave about 30 centimeters of space between any furniture and your poster.

Will it arrive in time to gift?

Please allow 3 to 4 days for made-to-order production, then 3 to 5 business days for tracked shipping. If you have a specific date in mind, plan for this buffer and order a little early.

A custom piece: can I change my mind?

Because each poster is custom-made from your details, it isn’t eligible for returns or exchanges once printing has started (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Our studio crafts every piece with the utmost care and checks your information before printing, and our customer service team in Toulouse is here to help with any questions.
