How does it work?

3. In about 30 seconds, our studio creates your poster and shows you a free preview.

Which photo should I choose?

Ideally: your family from the back, full length (head to toe), well lit — and no one else in the frame. That’s what we use to determine the silhouettes, heights, and hairstyles in the artwork.

A front-facing photo works too: since the portrait is drawn from the back, it’s the silhouettes that matter, not the faces.

How many people can the poster include?

1 to 6 people. Just enter the first names in the photo order, left to right — each name will appear beneath the matching silhouette, separated by small hearts.

What if I don't like the preview?

We’ll suggest several versions—use the arrows to browse them, all at no extra charge. You can also generate a new design, or update your photo and names.

If you’re still not satisfied, one of our studio artists will step in: you’ll receive a hand-drawn proof by email within 24 hours.

What occasions is it perfect for?

What happens to the photo you upload?

We only use it to create and print your poster. It is not used to train AI and is never shared.

We delete it once your order is fulfilled — or within 30 days if you don't place an order. If you upload a child's photo, you must be their parent or legal guardian.

From approval to delivery, allow 3–4 days for production plus 3–5 business days for tracked shipping.

How do I hang or display it?

Without a frame, your poster is easy to hang (adhesive putty, clips, or a standard 30 × 40 cm or 60 × 80 cm frame). With the frame option, it arrives framed and ready to hang.

Can I change my mind after placing my order?

Your artwork is made just for you and printed on demand, so it can’t be resold or reused. For this reason, the law excludes personalized items from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 (3) of the French Consumer Code).

That’s why you approve the preview before printing: nothing goes into production without your approval. And if anything disappoints you on receipt, our Toulouse-based customer support team will always work with you to find a solution.
